What it does

Your real availability

Working days and hours, breaks, how many jobs you can take in a day, travel buffer and minimum notice. A slot is offered only when you could actually work it, so you stop negotiating times in a DM thread.

An estimate, not a guess

Pro

Your own pricing rules, applied by a calculator — never arithmetic done by a language model. The customer sees a price before they submit, and you can revise the quote before you approve it. No payment goes through us.

One tap to approve

The request reaches you on WhatsApp with the service, the time, the customer and the estimate. Approve, update the quote, or decline. Approving tells the customer, takes the slot, and declines whatever clashed with it.

How it works

  1. A customer taps your link — Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, or a QR code on the van.
  2. They see your services and the times you are genuinely free, and submit a request.
  3. You get it on WhatsApp: service, date, time, customer, their answers, the estimate.
  4. One tap — approve, update the quote, or decline. The customer hears back either way.

Prices include VAT — what you see is what leaves your account. Billed monthly, and you can cancel whenever you like.

The caps are soft. Go over and you pay for the extra bookings; a booking is never blocked and your page never goes down, because the link is in your bio and breaking it would be unforgivable.

What it is not

  • Not field-service management. No invoicing, no payroll, no fleet, no job costing.
  • Not a lead marketplace. We never charge you per lead, and we never hold back a customer's contact details to make you pay — you need to call them about parking.
  • Not a CRM or an accounting system. One link, and the bookings that come through it.
